working principle
This aseptic sampling valve is mainly divided into pneumatic components, handles, valve bodies, and diaphragm seals. When in the closed state, the valve core is pushed by the spring tension, and the sealing rubber head is pressed by the valve core to the inlet of the valve body material to achieve the sealing effect; if sampling is required, one of the sampling ports (usually the lower one) is passed through. Steam or other sterilizing medium, fill the entire sample chamber and export it from another sampling port. After a certain period of time, make the sample chamber and sampling port sterile; then shrink the spring by feeding air or lifting the handle. The valve core is loosened so that the sealing rubber head is detached from the inlet of the valve body material, so that the sample flows out of the tank through the sample chamber and is collected from the sampling port; after sampling, the gas source is closed or the handle is lowered, the spring is released, and the valve core is passed through the valve core. Press the sealant head again at the inlet of the valve body; pass the clean water to drain the residual liquid in the sample chamber (if the sample is a clean medium such as sterile water, this step can be omitted), then inject the sterilization medium. The seal is retained and will be sampled next time.
